Dark shadows slowly inch across the land. Stretching further and further as the motion of our planet turns away from the sun. What warmth might touch the skin will now be replaced by the icy touch of an oncoming winter. Now the funeral craft is covered with tribute and we see the surrounding sorrow upon the flickering faces of those who place fire to the oaken vessel.
Let the still waters reflect a last light given to the world as the body becomes part of the landscape once again.
