One can be led to water but no one can force them to drink. Why did my inner voice try to resist this album for so long? Perhaps my fear was that it may not live up to an internal expectation. That was all very silly because this record is scorching! There was no way to be prepared for this level of extreme beauty in a technical, death metal assault. Like a scalpel wielded at the hand of a train surgeon, these riffs cut so clean and smooth while the life-giving blood overflows once that seal of flesh has been broken.
An absolute work of art for extreme metal fans who like to live life on the technical side of death metal.
