Pavement Ends by YAWNING MAN / Heavy Psych Sounds
https://heavypsychsoundsrecords.bandcamp.com/album/yawning-man-pavement-ends
The new album on Heavy Psych Sounds Records “Pavement Ends” marks Arce and Lalli returning to a collaboration off the beaten path on some of the band’s darkest and heaviest themes. Drenched in sonic tension and release, bleak and beautiful.
The first track released titled “Bomba Negra” digs deep in the emotional undertow of Yawning Man’s unique approach to rock music.

Back to Hermetics and Martial Arts Vol. 1 by The Cyclist Conspiracy / Subsound Records
https://thecyclistconspiracy.bandcamp.com/album/back-to-hermetics-and-martial-arts-vol-1
“Back to Hermetics and Martial Arts Vol. 1” is an epic adventure through the invisible worlds of Neoplatonic cinema. From mockumentaries about the lost books of occult correspondences, through psychedelic surf noir chambers with ritual suppers, and giallo screams of the world squished by the chthonic grasp, to the original footage of the victorious Belgrade-Dharamsala bicycle marathon of 1931, Morriconesque spaghetti western theophanies, and the saving grace of the Heart pierced by Seven Swords, the album delivers nine movie themes that combine various musical elements into a unique work of cinematic alchemy.”

Spectral Realm of Ruin by Degraved / Dark Descent Records / Me Saco Un Ojo Records
https://degraved.bandcamp.com/album/spectral-realm-of-ruin
Inhabiting a space between the soulless mists of the Pacific Northwest and haunting rains of Mexico City, Degraved have re-emerged with their first full-length offering. Spectral Realm of Ruin brings the same seismic passages and eerie atmospheres that those familiar with the band’s early material will recognize, but captivatingly and meticulously expanded upon. Bludgeoning blast beats and relentless guitar riffs conjure a dark backdrop for the hellish, bestial vocal torment seeping with mirth for the atrocities of modern life. Slower passages and synthesizer accoutrements add an eldritch atmosphere to the picture, descending the listener into an unforgettable and sometimes furiously catchy proper debut.
Degraved harnesses the 90s Death Metal sound gloriously, mixing classic homages and maniacal hooks that will grab the unexpecting and drag them along with hate and indignity. In the riffs one can hear the influence of Morbid Angel and Immolation, and less obtuse references such as Slugathor and Cianide. Hell, some sections channel the corruptive influence of bands like Demoncy or Blaspherian. Produced by the band at their home studio, the sonically dark production, driving grooves and seriously killer art lend to its old school charm. Between the ripping armageddon you will find dreary atmosphere, well-placed solos and interesting hooks that all showcase a fierce dedication to the craft of creating what can only be described as pure Death Metal.

Bludgeoning Simulations by GHOLD / HUMAN WORTH
https://ghold.bandcamp.com/album/bludgeoning-simulations
Bludgeoning Simulations’, the tenth release from UK based experimental act, Ghold and their first on Human Worth, is a brutal treatise on themes of loss, abjection and isolation.
These new tracks were forged in a furnace of anxiety and neurosis and thus shimmer with a sonic iridescence redolent of the nacreous bloom of oxidised metal.

Ghost Pain by Khayrava / Independent
https://khayrava.bandcamp.com/album/ghost-pain
Soundtracks for ruins and memory—doom, melody, and distortion in slow motion.

Skeletal Blasphemy by NUCLEAR DUDES / The Ghost Is Clear Records
https://nucleardudes.bandcamp.com/album/skeletal-blasphemy
Electro powerviolence project NUCLEAR DUDES will unleash a new full-length, Skeletal Blasphemy, on November 14th via The Ghost Is Clear Records.
NUCLEAR DUDES is the inventive, anarchic yet sophisticated project of multi-instrumentalist and underground mainstay Jon Weisnewski (Sandrider, Akimbo). Originally conceived as a COVID-19 lockdown hyper hybrid, clever blend of Gary Numan meets Carcass, the project has since grown longer legs to include collaborations and a wider array of influences.

Mellowdeath by Mellowdeath / Cruel Nature Records
https://mellowdeath1.bandcamp.com/album/mellowdeath
Mellowdeath (Berlin/Bielefeld, DE) plays nightmare jazz—an eerie cinematic soundscape, a haunted circus intercut with a David Lynch western—equal parts menace and mischief. Mellowdeath is Sara Neidorf (Sarattma, Mad Kate | The Tide, ex-Brian Jonestown Massacre) on drums and Isabel Merten (No Chronicles) on bass.
In 2018, they released their debut EP, Deadly Stares. And in 2025, they will release their new album—twice!—first as self-titled album (forthcoming November 14th) with special appearances from guest musicians (on synths, trombone, theremin, and more), and then later stripped down, released as Bare Bones, reflecting the band’s usual duo setup of bass and drums.
Mellowdeath sends listeners through a ghost surf cyclone, a haunted hay ride through unsettling, yet hypnotic grooves and doom-twang dirges fit for a clown’s funeral.

Abditum by VoidCeremony / 20 Buck Spin
https://20buckspin.bandcamp.com/album/abditum
Emerging with a labyrinthine work of creativity constructed with an intensity both unrelenting and precise, VoidCeremony returns with their signature sound, an abstract and scathing zone of musical obscurity rife with cynicism toward humanity. ‘Abditum’, the third full length album, unfurls with a sense of arcane design where twisting riffs clash and converge in unforeseen sequences.

Radio Fantasia - LOVE YOUR WITCH / Independent
https://loveyourwitch.bandcamp.com/
Love Your Witch, the Tel Aviv-born stoner-thrash powerhouse now entrenched in Berlin’s underground, returns to the scene with their much-anticipated album Radio Fantasia.

Stygian Bough Volume II by BELL WITCH & AERIAL RUIN / Profound Lore
https://bellwitch.bandcamp.com/album/stygian-bough-volume-ii
In our human minds, according to the Law of Contagious Magic as described in The Golden Bough by anthropologist James Frazer, contact between two objects creates an inseparable thread between them. A gift from a dead friend forever holds this magic like a scar reflecting a wound. Similarly, a piece of food that touches the floor is suddenly abject and rotten. Pairing this notion with the Law of Similarity Magic, as described by Frazer, where an object resembling another can share its power, a musical notion can be understood to serve as an unbodied conduit of such magics; an emotional contact between the music and audience wherein such sorcery threads an inseparable seam that, for a time, resemble each other.
Aptly named in reference to the aforementioned book, on Stygian Bough Volume II, the collaboration between Bell Witch (Dylan Desmond, Jesse Shreibman) and Aerial Ruin (Erik Moggridge) enlivens its unbodied presence resembling both collaborating projects as a conduit in its own separate entity. In the course of an hour, four musical pieces set themselves apart from the catalogs of both individual bands and branch into new territory all the while threaded to the original encounter.
Over the album a cyclical world unfolds in which different perspectives of how various forms of worship empower, eclipse, destroy and feed on each other is explored.
