Royal Trux - White Stuff LP
There are a ton of great bands that were overlooked simply because they were labelled as indie/alternative. It was an era of time in music where it seemed like anyone could slide under the velvet ropes by saying they were part of this 90's trend. For me, I am still catching up many years later, reflecting on trusting a true friend who let me borrow a Royal Trux record 15+ years ago and passing the torch on down the line. That was a time when friends would exchange physical products in place of sharing digital links. I wish he were here for me to tell him how great this record is and thank him for reminding me how much I may have missed in the 90's.
