The Doors - L.A. Woman

Let's Talk About...
The Doors - L.A. Woman LP

It's hard to believe this is the last album featuring Mr. Mojo Risin himself, Jim Morrison. When looking at the release date noted as 1971 it makes my mind whirl to consider what more that band could have done without Jim's exit from this world. This band, without vocals, is still one of the most unique and talented bands anyone could ask to hear. Having the ultimate frontman can not be overshadowed though. John Densmore is still one of my favorite drummers and the first time I heard Riders on the Storm was the exact moment I wanted to hear more Doors music. We can discuss the darkness within the music another day. It's a fitting scenario, to be drawn into the world of this iconic band with the last track on their last album with the original line up. Side note: I can not hear "Love Her Madly" without picturing Jenny from Forrest Gump. Grab one in store at @collectiveclothing or find similar artists on our web store at InherentRecords.com
