When records like this hit the turntable it reminds me of what a terrific time for music the 80's was. Having been a young kid at the time it seemed like all was lost, the radio stations sucked, typical 80's pop disgusted me and I felt damned to hear country music until the grave claimed my body as its own. Now I reflect on so many personal punk rock favorites from that era and realize they were lurking but unknown to me at the time. Even though I was living life in my single digits, those records were the items my heart was growing toward as I aged into my teenage years.
